Receive notifications directly on WhatsApp when your theme changes are executed.

PRO Plan Required

WhatsApp notifications are only available on PRO and PRO Yearly plans.

WhatsApp notifications use pay-per-message billing:

  • Cost: ~$0.10 per message
  • Monthly limit: You set a spending cap ($1-$100)
  • Billing: Added to your Shopify invoice

Setting up WhatsApp requires several steps:

1. Accept TermsDirect link to 1. Accept Terms

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Notifications
  2. Find the WhatsApp card
  3. Click Set up WhatsApp
  4. Read and accept the SMS/WhatsApp consent terms

  1. Select your country code
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Click Send verification code

  1. Check your phone for an SMS with a 6-digit code
  2. Enter the code in Leon
  3. Click Verify
Code Not Received?

Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code. Check that your phone number is correct.

4. Set Up BillingDirect link to 4. Set Up Billing

  1. Choose your monthly spending limit ($1-$100)
  2. Click Approve billing
  3. Confirm the recurring charge in Shopify

  1. Toggle Enable WhatsApp notifications to ON
  2. You're all set!

To change your monthly limit:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Notifications
  2. Click Edit limit on the WhatsApp card
  3. Select a new limit ($1-$100)
  4. Confirm the change
Billing Cycle

Your limit resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused budget doesn't roll over.

Disconnecting WhatsAppDirect link to Disconnecting WhatsApp

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Notifications
  2. Click Disconnect on the WhatsApp card
  3. Confirm the disconnection

This removes your phone number and cancels the usage billing.

TroubleshootingDirect link to Troubleshooting

"PRO plan required"

  • WhatsApp is only available on PRO plans
  • Upgrade your subscription in Settings β†’ Subscription

"Verification code not received"

  • Check your phone number is correct
  • Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code
  • Make sure your phone can receive SMS

"Too many attempts"

  • Wait a few minutes before trying again
  • Verification attempts are limited for security

"Monthly limit reached"

  • You've used your entire monthly budget
  • Increase your limit or wait for the next billing cycle

"Messages not arriving"

  • Check that WhatsApp is enabled in settings
  • Verify your phone number is still connected
  • Make sure you haven't blocked the sender
