π Sequence
Sequences allow you to chain multiple theme changes together in a predefined order. Instead of creating individual schedules, bundle them into a single sequence with automatic timing between steps.
Sequences are available exclusively on PRO and PRO Yearly plans.

To create a new sequence:
- Go to Sequences in the app menu
- Click Create sequence
- Fill in the basic information
- Add your steps (theme changes)
- Review the timeline
- Click Create

Each step represents one theme change. You need at least 2 steps to create a sequence (maximum 10).
For each step, specify:
- Theme: Which theme to activate
- Date: When to activate it
- Time: Exact time of activation
The timeline view shows the wait time between each step, helping you visualize your campaign flow.

Before creating a sequence, Leon checks:
- All dates must be in the future
- Minimum 2 minutes between consecutive steps
- Cannot schedule the same theme twice in a row
- No conflicts with existing schedules (Β±5 minutes window)

From the sequence detail page, you can:
- Edit steps: Modify timing or themes
- Pause/Resume: Temporarily stop or restart execution
- Retry step: Re-execute a failed step immediately
- Retry sequence: Re-execute all failed steps
- Delete: Permanently remove the sequence
You cannot edit a sequence that is already completed or cancelled.

Leon will automatically switch themes at each scheduled time, no manual intervention needed.

"Cannot create sequence - conflict detected"
- Check if you have existing schedules within Β±5 minutes of your sequence steps
- Modify conflicting times or delete the conflicting schedule
Step failed to execute
- Use the "Retry step" button to re-execute immediately
- Check that the theme still exists in your Shopify store
Sequence stuck in "Scheduled" status
- Verify your subscription is active
- Check that the first step date is in the future
