✈️ Set Up Telegram Notifications

Connect your Telegram account to receive notifications via the Leon bot.

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings in the Leon app menu
2. Click on the Notifications tab
3. Find the Telegram card
4. Click Connect Telegram
5. Click the link to open Telegram
6. Start a conversation with the Leon bot
7. Click Start in the Telegram app
8. Return to Leon - connection is automatic

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1. Generate Connection Link

In the Telegram card, click Connect Telegram. This generates a unique link valid for 10 minutes.

2. Open Telegram

Click the link to open Telegram. You'll be directed to the Leon bot.

3. Start the Bot

In Telegram, click the Start button to begin the conversation with the bot. This verifies your account.

4. Automatic Connection

Return to Leon in your browser. The app automatically detects your connection within a few seconds.

Connection Link Expired?

If the link expires, click Generate new link to get a fresh one.

How It Works

Once connected, Leon sends you Telegram messages when:

• A scheduled theme change succeeds
• A scheduled theme change fails

Messages include the theme name, your shop, and the execution time.

Disconnecting Telegram

1. Go to Settings → Notifications
2. Click Disconnect on the Telegram card
3. Confirm the disconnection

You can also block the bot in Telegram, but disconnecting in Leon is cleaner.

Troubleshooting

"Connection not detected"

• Make sure you clicked Start in Telegram
• Try generating a new link
• Check that your Telegram app is updated

"Link expired"

• Links are valid for 10 minutes
• Generate a new link and try again

"Messages not arriving"

• Check that you haven't muted or blocked the bot
• Verify you're connected in the Leon settings
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting
