🔔 Notifications
Leon can notify you when your scheduled theme changes are executed. Stay informed without constantly checking the app.
When Are Notifications Sent?Direct link to When Are Notifications Sent?
Notifications are triggered in two scenarios:
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| Theme change successful | Your scheduled theme was activated successfully |
| Theme change failed | Something went wrong during activation |
You'll receive the theme name, your shop domain, and the execution time in each notification.

Leon supports 4 notification channels:

The number of channels you can enable simultaneously depends on your plan:

Example
On the Starter plan, you could enable Email + Slack, or Email + Telegram, but not all three at once.

- Go to Settings in the Leon app menu
- Click on the Notifications tab
- Configure each channel as needed

When a theme change succeeds, you'll receive:
- ✅ Confirmation message
- Theme name that was activated
- Your shop domain
- Execution date and time

When a theme change fails, you'll receive:
- ❌ Failure alert
- Theme name that failed
- Error description
- Link to retry in the app

- Enable at least one channel to stay informed about your scheduled changes
- Use Email as backup since it doesn't require any app
- Test your setup by creating a test scheduling for a few minutes from now
- Enable failure notifications to quickly address any issues
