Every important action in Theme Scheduler is now automatically logged:

  • Scheduling events: Created, updated, executed, cancelled, paused, resumed
  • Sequence events: Created, updated, deleted, completed
  • A/B Test events: Created, started, completed, cancelled, period switched
  • Theme events: Published, synced
  • Settings changes: All configuration updates
  • Notifications: Sent and failed delivery attempts

Access your complete activity history from the new Activity menu item:

  • Chronological view: See all actions sorted by date
  • Entity tracking: Know which scheduling, sequence, or A/B test was affected
  • Action badges: Color-coded status indicators for quick scanning

  1. Click Activity in the navigation menu
  2. Browse your chronological activity log
  3. Use filters to narrow down specific events

Filter ActivitiesDirect link to Filter Activities

  1. Click the Entity Type filter to focus on a specific category
  2. Use Activity Type to show only certain actions (e.g., only failures)
  3. Filters work together—select a scheduling entity type to see only scheduling-related activity types

Export DataDirect link to Export Data

  1. Go to the Activity page
  2. Click Export CSV
  3. Your browser will download a file with all activity records
